The Hospital Cash Back Plan pays $20 per day after 72 hours of hospitalization, up to 30 days per event and 60 days per year. Exclusions apply (e.g., maternity, dental). Chronic illness is capped at 10 days/year. Claims require specific documents and are processed on good faith.
