How to call for help in an emergency:
1. State your name and phone number.
2. Location of the patient (Address), give landmarks or share location if you can.
3. State what is wrong with the patient.
4. State the age of the patient if known.
5. Name and contact numbers of someone with the patient if you are not with the patient yourself.
6. State the membership number and suffix.
7. Hospital/doctor of preference if known.
8. Remain calm.
